Ling Chengxing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1957, joined the CPC in 1977, and entered the work force in 1980. From 1995 to 2001, he was Assistant Governor of Jiangxi Province. From 2001 to 2006 he was Vice-Governor of People’s Government of Jiangxi Province. In 2013 he became Director and Secretary of Leading Party Group of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.
